This policy explains what Irreplaceable ("we," "us"), operated by Prophemi Inc., collects and how we use it. Irreplaceable is in a private beta.
We send SMS text messages and emails only for transactional purposes: one-time verification codes to confirm it is you when signing in or verifying a contact method, and replies to support inquiries you send us. We never send marketing or promotional messages.
If your account identifier is a mobile number, submitting that number to sign in or to contact support is your express consent to receive the transactional message described above. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for full details.
We use your browser's local storage and similar mechanisms to keep you signed in and remember your preferences on your device. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the service (for example, hosting and message delivery), and only as needed to provide it, or where required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request access to or deletion of your data, or opt out of text messages at any time, by contacting us.
